    Additionally, if you wish to lease a rental property in the islands of Madeira or the Azores, we can do so with an additional fee.

  • The rental market in Portugal is generally a landlord's market, although it can vary depending on location and type of property.

  • Yes, whether you would like to rent or buy, we can have everything arranged before your arrival.

  • You can either choose paying by credit card or by bank transfer.

  • Yes, directly to the landlord’s bank account. His IBAN will be in your lease contract.

  • In Portugal, the typical lease contract length is usually one year, though it can be negotiated differently.

  • The most common option in the Portuguese rental market is that utilities are not included in the lease contracts. For a normal consumption of electricity, water, and internet for a couple, consider roughly 150€ per month.
